THE USE OF ULTRASOUND TO INTENSIFY THE PROCESSES OF PHARMACEUTICAL AND BIOTECHNOLOGY PRODUCTION

Project ideas:

· Purification of air from fine particles with a diameter of less than 2.5 microns by increasing the efficiency of acoustic pretreatment technology;

· Use ultrasound to sterilize, mix and improve the properties of nutrient media;

· Use of ultrasound to disrupt and sort microbial and mammalian cells.

Methods and equipment:

· Сascade ultrasonic emitter;

· Ultrasonic generator with a submersible emitter;

· Mathematical modeling;

· Finite element method of the ANSYS analysis system (CFX, Fluent).
