MAGNETIC NANOPARTICLES IN BIOTECHNOLOGY AND MEDICINE

 

Project idea: Development of magnetically controlled nanocomposites for controlling mechanosensitive ion channels and development of bacterial magnetically controlled vectors for targeted drug delivery.

Methods and equipment:

·         Modeling the interaction of magnetic nanoparticles with cells in external magnetic fields using the python programming language;

·         Permanent magnet systems;

·         Bioinformatic databases;

·         Equipment for cultivation of microorganisms;

·         Optical microscopy of microorganisms with automated photo and video recording.

 

What we offer: We have existing partners; we offer to search for additional partners for submitting grant proposals.
