SCIENTIFIC BASIS FOR THE USE OF BASIDIOMYCETES IN BIOTECHNOLOGY
Project idea: development of scientific principles of biotechnological production of products for therapeutic and prophylactic, cosmetic, food, agricultural and other purposes based on mycelial biomass of basidium fungi
Methods and equipment:
· study of physiological and biochemical features of basidiomycetes in deep and surface culture;
· study of biosynthetic activity of basidiomycetes
· development of methods for the isolation and purification of biologically active substances (enzymes, polysaccharides, chitin-glucan complexes, carotenoids, etc.
· equipment for aseptic work and for cultivation;
· spectrophotometers;
· devices for electrophoretic research
· centrifuges.
